First Trip to Dentist

Ella had no trouble being "bwrave" at the dentist on Thursday.


She had to take a break to scratch.


She was all business.

Valentine Weekend

For Valentines day this year Andrew and his four friends got together a surprise for their wives. A child-free weekend of pampering and shopping. It was meticulously planned and provided a much-needed break for some harried moms.

Some of the kids were worried about the quality of their care in mom's absence.


But the dads and the tv really stepped up to the plate.


Manicured and pedicures at Pinkies.





Dinner a movie and a night at the Marriott. Then lunch and shopping with the girls. Then a man-prepared dinner that evening. We all felt refreshed and loved. Thanks for a great valentines day.

The 14th Article of Faith

After prayer sometimes I try to get Ella to recite an article of faith for our "scripture study". She generally doesn't go for it. Tonight she proferred her own "scwripture". Subject: girls not wanting to go to bed.

For those of you having trouble decipherring Ella's "accent". Here's the translation:

"...my new scripture. This is my new scripture. We believe in a girl that won't go to bed before she won't go to bed. I want to see..."
